Choosing and Layering EGi Lace, Tulle and Lurex

A decorative top can become the focal point of an outfit. In EGi’s selected women’s collection, lace, tulle and Lurex pieces offer different combinations of coverage, texture and shimmer.

Start with coverage

Several lace and tulle styles explicitly have unlined, see-through sections. Inspect the photographs and product notices before deciding whether to wear a separate layer underneath. Lace placement matters as much as the neckline.

Choose one decorative focus

For a simple outfit, consider pairing a lace neckline or a shimmering Lurex piece with plain trousers, a skirt or an understated jacket. Compare the actual garment photographs to decide how much detail you want visible.

Compare tops and bodysuits

A tank, long-sleeve top and bodysuit create different silhouettes and levels of coverage. For bodysuits, consider torso fit as well as the size label. Check sleeve length and neckline against your outer clothing.

Read the composition individually

This selection includes wool blends, viscose, modal/tulle and nylon/metallized-fiber Lurex fabrics. Similar styling does not mean the same material. Some garments declare separate fabric compositions; check the exact product and label.
