Refund policy
Contact Policy:

Before You Return an Item:
- Please contact us first for approval at admin@tittimitti.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for any loss or damage caused during shipping.
- Use a carrier with tracking for all returns. For high-value returns, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance from your carrier and obtaining all necessary documentation. We cannot open or manage any shipping issues or claims once the package is in transit.

- No Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges.
- If you disagree with this policy, please do not purchase from us.
Return Timeframe:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot process refunds.
Item Condition for Returns:
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Keep items clean and free of pet hair or stains (e.g., deodorant stains). Items returned in poor condition will not be accepted or refunded.
- Missing original packaging may result in a 20% deduction from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Intimate items (e.g., underwear, socks, tights)
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care products
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply depending on the reason for the return.
- If you disagree with this policy, please do not purchase from us.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items, including items purchased with a promotional code, cannot be refunded.
