Understand the two-layer composition
Inner layer: 100% cotton. Outer layer: 64% acrylic / 30% wool / 6% polyamide. These percentages describe each layer separately. The complete garment is not 100% cotton, and 30% wool is the outer layer’s composition rather than a stated whole-garment percentage.
