What Does Undyed Mean?

Undyed cotton has not been colored with added textile dyes to create its finished appearance.

Instead of selecting a conventional fashion color, these socks retain the naturally occurring tone of the cotton. Their warm off-white, cream or ecru appearance comes from the fiber itself.

Undyed does not mean bright white. It means the natural cotton color has not been covered with an added dye.

What Does Unbleached Mean?

Unbleached cotton has not undergone conventional whitening intended to create a bright optical-white appearance.

The socks therefore have a softer, warmer and more natural tone than conventionally bleached white socks.

How the Cuff Stays in Place

A tiny natural-rubber thread is used inside the cuff to help the sock remain comfortably in place.

The supporting cuff thread is not blended throughout the knitted sock fabric.

Natural Color and Normal Variation
